The materials used in the production of paver and briquette blocks are closely related to the machine capacities. Our customers often ask about how much material they need to use daily based on our machine's production capacity. The main materials used in the production of pavers, blocks, and curbstones include:

 

Sand: The primary component for durability.

Cement: A binder that ensures the hardness and durability of the products.

Water: Initiates chemical reactions and provides consistency to the mix.

 

 

In general, the following ratios can be used for production:

 

Sand: 60-70%

Cement: 10-15%

Water: 15-20%

 

These ratios may vary depending on the type of product and desired quality, but they are common in paver and briquette production.

 

 

Our machines offer a wide range of production capacities. Based on these capacities, the required amount of materials is estimated as follows:

 

Paver Production: For producing 45,000 pavers per day, approximately 100-120 tons of sand, 12-15 tons of cement, and 15-18 tons of water are required.

Block Production (20x40x20 cm): For producing 18,000-20,000 blocks daily, about 40-50 tons of sand, 5-7 tons of cement, and 5-7 tons of water are needed.

 

Paver Production: For producing 10,000-12,000 pavers per day, approximately 25-30 tons of sand, 3-4 tons of cement, and 3-4 tons of water are required.

Block Production (20x40x20 cm): For producing 3,000-5,000 blocks daily, about 8-12 tons of sand, 1-2 tons of cement, and 1-2 tons of water are needed.
